ArcticFlow was founded in 2009 by Carlos and Miguel Rivera, two brothers who grew up watching their father fix HVAC systems across Austin. They started with a single service van, a commitment to honest pricing, and a simple rule: treat every customer like a neighbor.
Word spread fast. Within three years, they had a full crew and a reputation that no advertising budget could buy. Today, ArcticFlow employs 18 NATE-certified technicians and serves thousands of Austin families — but the same principles still guide every service call.
Our Journey
ArcticFlow founded in Austin by brothers Carlos and Miguel Rivera with one service van.
Expanded to a team of 8 technicians. Opened our first service facility on Burnet Road.
Achieved NATE certification for all technicians. Launched our Comfort Maintenance Plan.
Reached 1,000+ active maintenance plan customers. Expanded into commercial HVAC.
Surpassed 2,400 customers served. Launched our AI-powered booking and lead system.
